Who we are

lumeactivations.com is run by lumé (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or apply through it, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you apply. The “See if you qualify” form asks for your contact details (such as your name, phone number and email), your clinic, and your answers about it. The form runs in a frame on our page from our own waitlist app.

When we talk. If we call, text or meet you about your application, we keep notes of what we discussed and the times we spoke.

When you browse. Like most sites, ours receives technical details from your browser: pages viewed, the link that brought you here, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and clicks on our buttons and form steps.

We don’t ask for sensitive information, and the site is not meant for anyone under 18.

How we use it

• to review your application and contact you about it, by phone, text or email
• to schedule and hold a call with you
• to see which pages and ads bring clinics to us, and to improve the site
• to keep the site secure and working
• to meet legal obligations

We don’t use your information to decide anything about you automatically.

Texts and calls

If you apply, our team may call or text the number you gave us about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Vercel hosts the site and the form, and gives us page and event counts (Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies)
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use the page (scrolls, clicks and session replays; it can’t see what you type in the form)
• Meta: the form frame uses the Meta Pixel to tell us when an application came from one of our ads
• our CRM, calendar and calling tools, which hold applications and booked calls
• a video host that streams one of the testimonial videos

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies

The page itself sets no cookies of its own. Clarity and the Meta Pixel do. Our Cookie Policy lists them and how to turn them off.

How long we keep it

Applications and call notes: as long as we’re in touch about working together, and up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics: as long as each service keeps it (Vercel and Clarity keep detailed data for a limited time).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@lumeactivations.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under its privacy law, including the right to appeal our answer. We won’t treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us anything you would not want stored.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will be clear on this page.
